bad service. sales agents not being honest.

I would like to say that even though I got a good deal on my cell c contract I'm disappointed in how they deliver their service . I texted a sales assistant at the branch in Worcester named Damian. asking what i could do about my fone that was insured only for a cracked screen at less then R30 a month. he opened my profile and didnt even think to notify me that my warranty was still active for a few days until 5 February 2020 and he told me that he would help me with everything I need when I took out the contract. I handed my fone over on the 6th of February 2020. now I have to pay R1300 to get my fone back and none of this was explained to me when I sent the fone in for repairs. I'm already unemployed. struggling to get the money to keep up with their payments. and this is how they thank us for literally paying them their salaries. this is so unfair that i have to contact whoever their insurers are I've been put on hold , waited on them with all the call minutes I get monthly and have to stress about where I'm getting this money that I have to pay and claim.
