bad service rendered or false promise

i have send my horrible experience with Cell C last week, so far nothing has happened,i even wrote them an email no one has come back to me.is this the kind of service Cell C is giving to black clients,if i was white someone should have called me by now,service must be given to everyone in our country despite race,should i write the Ceo to get attention. their reply email from them wanted my id number,which i have written on the email i send to them under subject.was the person reading my mail blind?
