bad service received from cell c device insurance

i had a very bad experience with the cell c device insurance,its my first time having device insurance and i thought it makes life easy but its very bad,its my first time claiming but the service received was extremely bad i have to constantly call for updates and the agents are very rude they even drop the phone after putting you on hold for about 30 minutes the manager was very rude not even sympathies with me
