bad service received at Cell c Irene

My name is Nndondeni Montsho, during the month of January 2018 I went to Cell c Irene to buy a contract for data , I was told about LTE and I was interested and they checked for me to see if I have coverage and they confirmed that o have, when I got home trying to connect I couldn't and I phoned the help line , I was then told I don't have coverage , the following day I phoned cell c Irene to cancel the contract since it was useless for me , I after few days I then received an email that the contract is cancelled but to my surprise cell c was debiting my account will R344 which I will then reverse since I didn't have the contract with cell c , few weeks now I m being phoned by Nudebt stating that I have been handed over

can I please get someone to assist me on this since I dont understand why am I being handed over , since I have informed cell c within 7 day about the cancellation due to product not working.
