BAD SERVICE PROVIDER OF ALL TIMES

Dear good people, if you are looking for a good service provider, never look into Cell C, I've never received such bad service in my whole life. I took out a contract with them May this year, first debit order did not go through due to their mistake and I was told that my account is behind, I was so frustrated and I made an immediate payment and called them to fix that problem. Problem fixed come the second month still no debit order again I'm behind. I went to cell c store and those useless people working there told me that I can't pay at the store, what the hell is that? Not to mention that those useless people working at Middelburg Mall cell c shop couldn't help me set up my esim activation and so as cell c head office useless. I then went to MTN and activated my esim within a few days. I deeply regret taking out a contract with cell c.
