Bad service provider cellc

After I received a call from cell c on the 7th of January I got a nice surprise from cellc my account has been handed over no questions asked.i was waiting for feedback from cellc with regards to my account I got a statement that I still have an active account t with them the amount differs from what the agent mentioned over our telephonic conversation I asked the lady to forward the proof via e mail of my account as I have a revenue number on when my account was closed on the 26 of September according to the message I received from them.cellc has made my 2023 a nightmare and they continue doing that in 2024.i would never recommend anyone not even my family to have anything to do with cellc
