Bad service provider bill wise

Yhooooooo cell cis such a bad service provider for me i changed my payment date. I called and requested ti pay via atm but the company keeps debiting from my bank whereas there's no money. Since last year 2020 but this year I'm charged R70 and i called and emailed but they go back to the bank. Such a service provider I can't recommend to anyone.
