Bad Service Provider

Last week I raise my grievances on hello peter. I kept getting calls from the consultant last week asking me whether I received a payment letter and I had mentioned that I did not receive a payment letter from them. He called on Sunday to notify my that I am owing thier legal department. I asked him how and where is the proof because I paid up everything and he did not say anything what he said was I am reflecting a fully paid and from legal I am owing. I want to understand how this is impacting my name. Cell c does not provide proper service to people and does not check the issues on thier side and make it seem like we are wrong customers. I am taking them to NCR because I was not properly assisted.
