Bad service & Poor client care

I do not believe they deserve a start at all. Last time I complained about poor service and they reacted quick trying to assist me. NOW again back to square one. COME ON cell c, Moses Mo***eng ! I believed you would assist to the end. This is not on, Calling daily all day for the same thing over and over again. IF this is the kind of service we receive from HEAD OFFICE you can imagine what you get at store level.. :-( DISAPPOINTED BIG TIME
