Bad service pathetic

They debited my account twice in September and before that kept trying to debit on awkward dates that I never gave them the 4th ? The 20th ? I don’t get paid on those dates now my credit record is messed up Your social media agent could not resolve my query asking me questions about your outsourced contact center agent that called me if they changed my debit order when I asked them too and also which dates did they call me on im thinking you guys supposed to have that info why is it asked from me ? I’m going to log a complaint on hello Peter for bad experience and unprofessional service very bad and pathetic I was being asked stupid questions instead of my query being resolved cause my credit score is the one that’s being damaged because of your bad services after I’ve stated that my debit needs to be changed to the 27th and I wants to terminate my business with you guys and take it somewhere else I want my ITC update accordingly .
