Bad service - Out on a Smoke Break
About two weeks ago I visited Cell C Canal Walk to check when I can upgrade. I waited for 15 Min in the store sitting at the desk and waiting to be helped. After 15 min i asked the one guy who was busy helping another customer if he would mind getting me someone to help me. There was about two other guys in the shop as well who was busy on the PC's. The guy who helped the other customer told me he will go call someone for me. He came back telling me I must wait the other people went out for a smoke break! WHAT!!! I asked him are you serious? He only rep**** yip and started laughing.
