Bad service on Sim swap from agent who still hasnt processed
Till today the guy who was helping with swim swapped didnr send his details after the call and didn't call back the following day after they arranged my sim swop for *** the number I have had for decades ans lost during funeral only to find Cell C didnt capture my information on system
