bad service on contract cancellation

their service is very bad and i will not recommend anyone to do business with their poor service and poor network .I requested to cancell my contract mind you i have 4 contracts with them i am councelling what i am no longer using and they were unable to cancel telling me that the contract has not ended but its a month to month contract .
