BAD SERVICE-NO COMMUNICATION -LACK OF INTEREST -LACK OF SUPPORT

Good Day, I have been having loads of problems with Cell C for few months now. Firstly I wasn't informed that account details were changed, but I make sure its paid every month. The I had to gather all proof of payments and send through. To NO available no one has contacted me yet. They say I'm in arrears and I want to know why. As I pay every month. I cant even call them as it says gone to recording service as my line has been suspended. I am angry with this service. Not sure Ref: I have proof of all payments made.
