Bad service. No assistance from the consultants
I was approved for a new contract and it was said that it will be delivered with in 3 to 7 working days.
It has been over 10 working days now and the consultants has been telling me everyday for the passed week that it has been by dispatch. This is an emergency as I don't have a contact to the outside work and u am falling behind with work due to this.
Now today I was told I should maybe get my phone by next week which is another 5 working days I fall behind on, the funny part is that on Monday I was told I will get the phone today which ofcourse never happened.
I am available to pick up the phone at any branch or the head office near midrand but I get told no I can not.

4 different people that I spoke to has told me that the device is at dispatch. So now the story changes.
Why was I told by multiple cellc consultants that the device is at dispatch.
I have waited over 2 weeks now and long passed the delivery date for the psmart 2021 phone, power bank and cover, along with the extra watch.
Please assist me with why I was told it is instock, please also don't get the order wrong.
4 different people that I spoke to has told me that the device is at dispatch. So now the story changes.

22 Jul 2021, 17:13Please take note I took the special of the phone, cover and powerbank. Then I am also paying extra for the watch. The order must be correct or are il take it as false advertising and over charging me.
