Bad service. My account is up to date but I can't get a contract
Cell C service is poor. Beyond believe. I want to leave them, they service is poor.
I went twice to Cell C head office, still problem is not sorted, they refused to remove a arrears from my name. They created two accounts for my Contracts now, I am dealing with the problem
Then I have lawyers. Alling me and they said actually I must ignore them
I can't apply for an additional contract, I need it. They refuse to help
I want to close my account.

I logged so many calls, sent documents , adhered to every demand , you are scandalous how you are treating me, i am tired of being on my knees for Cell C to just show customer care , the basics
