Bad service misrepresentation

On the 2 April received call frm cell c consultant informing have great package which I qualify for as due for upgrade accepted the upgrade. But ive recently relialised tht he falsely proceeded to conclude everything as new contract which I now dispute. Tht misrepresentation I never agreed to new line waz under understanding its an upgrade. Need urgent resolution listen to the call and cancellation of extra line or contract.
