bad service,misleading,time wasting

I was called by moses mo***eng from cell c on monday 6th to go and book my phone for repairs at a brooklyn store even after I've explained that they say its beyond repair.when I get to the store they were unable to book the phone as it gave them an error message stating that the warranty is void as the phone can't be repaired.I was told to come back on thursday as they will be able to book it which I did go back but they were still unable to do so.the phone is still under warranty and I'm paying for it every month.I wasted my time and money going to their store.my phone is still not fixed after I was promised by their consultant moses mo***eng that it will be fixed and this was after I lodged a complaint here.I have never seen a useless company in my life as cell c.they fail to solve one problem for 6months.I've lost trust on this company as they are ***** who lie to their clients and fail to honour their contract.I have honoured my contract from day 1 and I've never skipped a payment but for what.for a phone that can't charge.its as good as having a dummy phone as I can't use it.I'm very disgusted really.cell c must give me a new phone as this can't be repaired.phone model 9720
