Bad service (legal department) /DeceaseQueries

I have been trying to close my late husband's contract with cell c, I have payed off the contract as requested. I was told to wait for the legal department to resolve it but it's been months. I was even told to go in store to terminate the contract but they could not help. I don't understand why it is so difficult to just terminate it because I have already paid off the account. Even when I try to forward my proof of payment to ***, it tells me the emails does not exist.
