BAD SERVICE ISABELA
<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not impressed and really disappointed with ISABELA from CELL C FESTIVAL MALL that girl is really rude and i didnt appreciate the way she treated she attended a customer that got there after me and still had the guts to shout at me infront of eveyone, that was rude is this how CELL C treats their customers, how do i go back there knowing that i will treated in that manner she must have manners i am customer too why should others be attended too while im being ignored.. she is rude and clearly doesnt know how to treat customers.... she saw me when i got in but still went to the other customer she is the worst shouting at me as a customer...</p>

We want all our customers to be given proper service and be treated with the respect they deserve. This is not the norm or standard of service we want for our customers.
It is disappointing to learn that the store consultant did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
This will be addressed with the store manager to have this kind of behaviour rectified. We apologise for the unsatisfactory service.
