Bad service! Infuriated by Cell C's uselessness!

I'm really frustrated with Cell C. I don't even know why they bother to say 24-48 hour response when you end up chasing them for weeks and all they do is send you from pillar to post. I have been charged for a bounced debit yet I have a statement that proves that there were funds on the 25th. Cell C then proceeded to double debit after I sent an email clearly showing that the error was not on my side! My credit score dropped 5 points because of Cell C's carelessness.
