Bad Service & Incorrect debit Amount

<p>So Cell C direct decides to over debit my account and gives me no notice about the transaction. I then reveresed the payment as I did not agree to the amount. My service was then suspended and I received a call from an operator at approx 17:15pm pn 13/07/2017. The operator informs me that there was a penalty fee due to me previous month payment which was late. I did not agree to this and nowhere have I signed any acknowledgement of this stipulation. Then the operator does not introduce herself but just says she is calling from Cell C. Her telephome conduct was poor to say the least and she has the nerve to inform me that my next instalment will be R748.00. So now Cell C wants to charge me for a month in which my service is suspended and for the new month. When I finally firmed up my voice to express my anger, she just says that she will process the debit without my permission and drops the call without allowing me to respond. This is a pathetic network and I would like to end this contract promptly and take my business elsewhere. </p>
