Bad service in regards to their products

<p>My mother has two contracts with Cell C and recently upgraded both of them. She got two phones that were similar for her and I. I got mine 4 months before hers,My phone then started acting up and not having network coverage at all. she then got hers and a week into using it,it died and did not want to switch on. So we were sitting with two phones,one is on but does not have network coverage and the other is just dead and does not want to charge.</p> <p>She then took mine in to a cell c branch in Pretoria,Wonderpark and they said to her to leave it there.</p> <p>Called cell c to collect her phone and they came to fetch it.</p> <p>She was ent an sms aftertwo weeks to say my phone was ready to be collected,she went and when she got there she was told that my phone had "corrossion",a phone that is not even 6 months old?</p> <p>My mom's phone was then brought back and it worked for a night of the day they brought it,the following day it was back to square 1 and it was off again and did not want to charge.</p> <p>When she called cell c again to let them know that her phone was off again to please come fetch it,they said to her it is against their policy to send the courior campany. she must then bring it to their branch.</p> <p>Is it fair that we should be sitting with two phones that are not working but we are paying for it?</p> <p>These are phones that are less than a year old.....</p>
