Bad service I’m fed up with how unprofessional the consultants are…

I would like to name and shame Cell C with so much frustration I have been getting from them,I had a contract with Cell C 3years ago so I had made a payment of R1050 by mistake on the 10th of September 2023 till to date I have not received any good or productive response from them I’ve called numerous times tryner get help but no one is helping me,I have sent everything that was required from me I think 10 times repeatedly still nothing I’m so mad cz now I don’t know who I need to speak too anymore it’s just pure theft cz I am told that they can see the money and I should provide proof and when I send proof they see it yet I’m not getting the refund back please kindly assist me,my contact number is ***
