Bad service I want to cancel my contract

So a lady named Ntlantla fro Cell C social media department contacted me on the 8th and 9th Feb 2023 regarding a review I wrote about debit orders that were just debiting onto my account on different date’s which were never approved on. I told her Cell C did debit even after I made an arrangement to pay the acc, she requested to go and listen to the recording and she came back with an answer that I still don’t understand even today. Cell C debited on 15th and again today. This is now the third time after the arrangement. Why ask customers to make arrangements if they are still going to mess up my acc because every time they do this it’s a negative debit order.
