Bad service from the manager

I was at the Menlyn store and I was assisted by Martha, she did all she could do to resolve my query. Until there was a point we had to ask the manager Hazel some questions, I have never came across someone who was so rude, she raised her voice on me and am I sure that I bought this phone on Cell c, am I that dumb that I would forget where I bought the phone, she said where is the contract that shows you bought this phone, this phone was purchased 2019, she should have some records that shows on her system, she kept shouting in front of other clients and I wouldn't recommend her at all
