BAD SERVICE FROM THE CREW

<p>Hi there. I bought a I phone 6 in July from and after 2 or 3 weeks it became very very slow I coudnt open wataspp or Facebook took it to cell c shop they told me it needs update and they will charge me money to do that I am surprised if there is update every month or twice a month for each time if I need to update I must pay money it's reduculus I am very unhappy about it. need help</p>
