bad service from repair department

<p>i was told that the repairs to my phone is going to cost me 2700 because my screen was cracked. When i gave the phone in there was no crack on the screen but black spots. I was told that i would be called back to find out what the technician was refering to but never got a call back. This is going on from Tuesday. Infact i was told this feedback would of been given on the same day. 2 days later i had to phone in to find out.</p>
