Bad service from Pamela Cell C

I called Cell C to find out what is chowing my airtime. And it turned out there was a subscription on my number. So i asked Pamela how did that happen because I am very careful about these things and that’s when she started being rude, mind you I was not rude at all to her. She raised her voice and spoke over me whenever I tried to put my point across. I just laughed because clearly the subscription that was chowing my airtime was hers otherwise why would she be mad?
