Bad service from Khanya Bam from the Cell C retention department

I spoke to Khanya Bam who didn't give me a chance to speak. She was not polite and when she was supposed to transfer me to another department she just hung up on me.

I wish the company could take such behaviors seriously and monitor the way in which the consultants engage with the customers.

I bet if she was speaking to a white person she would have been very polite.
