BAD SERVICE FROM DURBAN ,WORSHOP CELLC

I 'm so extremely frustrated by the bad service I have retrieved from Durban, Workshop Cellc, after 8 years and above I have been with them for the first time I have decide my self and all my family members we never ever renew our contract and never take any upgrade from them, reason being I have been sold a HOME Connect data Sim that use LTE Connection, and that was not explained to me, I have data SIM card for 24 Months that I never use at home. I feel my loyalty with Cellc was never considered and worse part their sales consultants were arrogant, I have leant my lesson no one from my family and parents will ever use this network again never. after so many years , like REALLY
