Bad service from customer care
I posted a review regarding my issues with cell c and i got a missed call from the customer care number. I called back and i spoke to a guy called Sphamandla, he was so rude, telling me that i was wrong in terms of making the payment that i made yesterday and he actually hung up the phone on me simply because he didn't want to listen to the story and try to find a solution to the problem. Instead he insisted on pointing out that i was wrong, arguing with me and not even giving me a chance to finish my sentences. He made it look like my fault that the account was debited twice. I don't know how many Sphamndla men are employed at your call centre. The way he was so unprofessional, he didn't even bother giving me his last name. I don't know what kind of training is given to consultants if they are allowed to hang up the phone on customers. As far as i know, you are not allowed to do such. I don't care how Management does it but i expect this so called Sphamandla to be dealt with accordingly, i know all the calls are recorded so you cant come and tell me that there is no record of the call. Unless if it was deleted then that would be ***** on a higher level. Imagine how many clients cell c will actually lose a day if all the customer complaints were directed to this Sphamandla guy. I suggest that you take this matter seriously and actually give the consultant proper training amd actually make sure that all the basic customer care rules are adhered to. I'm really appalled by such behaviour from a consultant who works for a huge company like cell c.
