Bad Service from Consultant at Cell C Vincent Park, East London

I went to a Cell C store in Vincent Park, East London for assistance on my mobile data sim. I walked into the store and approached a consultant behind the desk, I greeted him and when he did not respond, I proceeded to tell him what my problem was. Midway through, he stopped me abruptly and said "Hello, how are you?" in a very rude manner. I told him that I had greeted him yet he did not respond initially. He then argued with me that I did not greet him then said he did not hear me. I then told him I would go to another store for assistance. I requested his name, he then ignored me, speaking to another colleague. I asked again for his name and eventually got it from him. The consultants name is Inga Kanise and I would like to request feedback on how this will be dealt with.
