Bad service from CELLC

Bad experience with cell c they handed my account to the attorneys when I have without even notifying me, I paid off the account 2 months ago and they promised to send me a paid up letter everytime I call them they give me a case number and nothing happens they tell me it's legal department problem when I call legal department they say it's cell c
