Bad Service From CellC
I spent about 1 hour combined following up on a delivery that has not arrived since Friday. Is this the kind of service you offer to your customers?
I was assisted by Thapelo who reports to Paballo as he stated. He was rude on the call.
The ladies that assisted me in my earlier calls were great but as for this Thapelo guy, he should get proper soft skills. He is not customer centric.
