Bad Service from Cell C regarding upgrade

I upgrade my contract 2 years ago on the 8th Oct. I phoned a couple off Cell C stores and Cell C themselves to assist me again on a early upgrade.

I was told I can't I have to wait until the date they supp****.

At last after all that drama Cell C in Sandton a gentleman assisted me and said Cell C said they can upgrade me today or tomorrow.

So he contacted me a few minutes ago to say I have been approved so I still qualify for samsungs special that is ending Monday 31.10.2022.

To my shock when I phoned back Cell C told him I can no longer upgrade now as the rules has changed.

I have been with Cell C for over 10 years and I have never been done in like this.

If one person could go out of his way 2 years back and the gentleman in Sandton today why is Cell C difficult

I can't upgrade now I have to wait. My question I have asked has not been answered. I upgraded on 8th Oct 2020 why can't I upgrade now.

Your Head Office assisted me then. Please get them to phone me. And please supply me with the name of the gentleman that assisted me in 2020. He did a wonderful en professional work.
