Bad service from Cell c people be vigilant if you're about to cancel your contract they make life so difficult

Cell c has been over charging me on my account saying I have subscribed to cell-fit which charge me R5 per day which I don't even know about it I went to South gate cell c shop and they told me it's been canceled the following month I paid another R353 and my contract is only R90 per month which happened for two months. I called customer care to give me full amount to pay and cancel my contract which I did on the 12 of November paid R580-00 which is also above the amount I owe them with extra R5 come 30 November they again deducted the amount of R575. 34. To things worse on the first of December they loaded the full package which on the same date by midnight was taken away and they are telling me I owe them full package amount since the contract is canceled
