Bad service from Cell C manager Busisiwe

First of all I would like to say I am so disappointed with CELL C Boksburg and Busisiwe Manana the manager. Today I sat at Cell C for almost an hour reason being they were waiting for the save to open. First of all I am pregnant and I had to wait for a save that did not open for almost an hour. When I got to the shop I told Siya that I am rushing to a meeting and he said that I will not take long and so he thought but I kept on waiting and waiting and he tried to calm me down. Later I asked for the manager Busisiwe Manana who never bothered to come infront and talk to me. I feel like the way she treated me is unacceptable. I had to leave the shop without completing what I came to do and had to rush so that I can atleast be at the meeting 10minutes late. For a pregnant woman to rush like a manic because some people are given positions that they do not deserve. I am so diasppointed really. OOh THANK YOU Siya for doing your best to help me unlike your manager Busisiwe Manana
