BAD SERVICE FROM CELL C

Good day

The 1st December 2022, I went to Cell C in Tokai in Cape Town to give notice that I am cancelling my contract with them.

I was told I can't give notice at the store and need to contact customer service. I was not happy with that but when you need a contract for your phone that will help you there and then.

I sent an email on the 10 January 2023 to cancel the contract. Unfortunately I fell sick with Covid the 5th December 2022 and was not able to follow it up.

I did receive a call from the Customer Service and told her that I canceled the contract and that the contract is going to expire and that I do not need to continue.

I now get calls of Debt collections that I owe money and most of all that I have been on Credit Bureau for not paying my bill.

I have been paying my account every month.

* WHY CAN'T CELL C TAKE NOTICE WHEN YOU GO TO THE STORE???? * WHY DO THEY PUT MY ON CREDIT BUREAU FOR NOT PAYING????

This is absolute BAD service from Cell C. Will not take another contract out with them at all.
