Bad Service from Cell C

Previously lodged a ***** account case with Cell C and upon investigation they found that indeed someone used my details to open the account. On the 14th July I was given a clearance that I don’t have an account with cell c or owe them anything. But on the 20 July, Cell c sent my personal details to SSDA (their debt collectors) to start harassing me with calls saying I owe them.

This is frustrating, been sending the clearance letter to SSDA daily and copying cell c but no one seem to know how to resolve this.

This is negatively affecting my credit record and it must stop.
