Bad service from Cell C

I hate what cell c is doing to their customers, I've been waiting for my upgrade phone for two weeks now and Everytime I call cell c I'm told that they don't have stock. Why do you upgrade a phone then tell me that it's not on stock? Now that I want to cancel my upgrade that I did over the phone I have been transferred to cancelation department and I get message that is saying the number does not exist.... I ****en tired of being treated like *******, I don't give cell c problems when they have to debit my account every month, but with them I always have to fight to get things done.. if cell c keeps on doing this I will report this to the Ombudsman services with all the bad service I got for the past two years..
