BAD SERVICE FROM CELL C
IN APRIL 2023 I WAS ISSUED WITH A NEW CONTRACT INSTEAD OF AN UPGRADE. I WROTE A REVIEW TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE AND SINCE THEN THE CONSULTANT HAS ADMITTED THAT IT WAS HIS MISTAKE AND THAT THE CONTRACT WILL BE CANCELLED. SINCE APRIL CELL C HAS DEBITED MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH FOR THE MISTAKEN NEW CONTRACT. I AM SO ANGRY. NOW I AM RECEIVING THREATENING MESSAGE OF LEGAL ACTION THAT WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST ME AND TO TOP IT ALL THEY SUSPENDED MY SERVICE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO CELL C. A BUNCH OF *********** PEOPLE WORKING THERE.
