Bad service from cell c

Cell C. They're service is so bad, that their call centre and accounts department is messed up. We are for about 4 years not with bank A anymore, but still trying to deduct money from bank A. For the last 6 months we have to eft the amount because they messed up. Second time we received a sms we handed over, meanwhile we are credit with them.
