BAD SERVICE FROM CELL C.

Their customer is beyond repair. My contract expired on the 2nd of September 2019. I informed them on the 13th of August 2019, that I would like to cancel it. The lady took all my info & updated it on the system. Now, 2 months later they still deducted the fee from my account & nobody is available to assist me with the problem. Their customer care line is constantly busy.
