bad service from cell c

I have never received such terrible service from cell c. after how many years and paying on point via debit order. From the 3rd of Aug I am experiencing the worst service ever with my wifi. After complaining everytime it only works for 2days max and thereafter it is off again. complaint then works for 2 days. this whole month I only received wifi for 7 days. They can not answer me on a refund or what the problem is or for how long it still going to carry on like this. This is the worst experience I received Ever!!! feel like cancelling my contract vut hey then I have to pay it in full. haha what a joke. please can you help me. I want a refund for the days my wifi was not working as they can check on their system!!! I am sick and tired of hearing please reboot your device system will be restored.
