Bad service from cell c
I had 3 contracts with cell c which was canceled in January 2022 and paid in full. Today 15/07/2022 I get a call from a collection company claiming that I owe cell c R500 for the canceled contract. I phoned cell c who confirmed over the phone that the contact was canceled in January and that it is now a pre paid number. They even gave me a phone number for their legal department *** that does not work. It says we are experiencing a technical error please phone back later. So what now!!

15 Jul 2022, 15:42Can you please advise what I owe cell c and bankin details so that I can be finished with them. I will also need cancelation letters for all 3 of my accounts so this doesn't happen again. The account was settled in February but they never closed the account that's why there is money outstanding. The accounts was closed because my wife passed away in January and the accounts was not in use anymore.
