Bad Service from Cell C/C Surance/ Finrite

<p>I cannot fathom how appalled I am with the "no - service" of C Surance (cell phone insurance I joined through Cell C). I have literally tried contacting the call centre number: ********** . The whole day I have been trying to get assistance with the Claim process with absolutely no luck. Now I wonder how they are going to pick up calls on Saturday, when they fail to pick up calls during the week. Where are these people based because I have felt like going to their offices but I do not know where they are based. I have gone to the Cell C Head Ofiice in Woodmead only to be sent back, being told I have to call them myself through this helpless line ( ********** ).</p> <p>I have never missed a payment and I just wonder why I have to be so stranded over a loss of a phone when I pay insurance on a monthly basis. What should I do? I am mad as hell!!! Can somebody hear me out please? Can somebody help me?</p>
