Bad service from cell c

I have cell c fibre to my home. I just want people to know that the service from them is extremely bad. My internet has been off now for 3 days. There is no-one to take my call. They had a covid-19 incedent and closed the whole department. No-one gets a cell phone to help clients, 3 days they have been closed, 3 days I'm without internet. 3 days so far that cell c support has been closed. I can't understand how you close a whole department and give no-one a phone to work remotely. They have email that you can send. I just get no reply. I have sent well over 10 emails with no reply. I urge people to not use cell c as a service provider. Extremely, extremely bad service
