Bad service from Cell C Again
I am so disappointed ,I cancelled my Cell C contract 2weeks ago in the middle of July2020 over the phone as I was instructed by a consultant at Canal walks branch. And it was confirmed by the cancellation department that my contract will be cancelled. This morning they deduced the monthly installment from my bank account and I checked the sim card and got more data for this month which means my contract wasnt cancelled, this is really bad service from Cell C . If this is how Cell C operates I would never want to go in dealings with them ever again.
