Bad Service from Cell C again

<p>To whom it may concern,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a cell C contract and had issues with my Phone display, I then called cell c and they sent RAM to pick up the phone on the 2nd of March 2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then called to make a follow up on the 10 March 2017 and I spoke to a lady by the name of Rodale who advised that the phone was repaired but still needs to be accessed and can take 24 hours working hours to get the phone back, then I called again on the 14th Since 24 hours has passed by and spoke to Lebo who advised a different story that they have sent a request to RAM on Monday to collect the phone and get it delivered to me which can take up to 72 hours and today I call again to find out if RAM has fetched the phone however I get a third different story again from lady by the name of Andronica who advised that Ram can take up to Friday to fetch the phone from them meaning I won’t be getting my phone any time this week and it seems like no one knows when I will get my phone. I feel frustrated right now and want my phone back ASAP, I really don’t see a point of call centre with no information to help or make the customer happy.
